Biological Soil Enrichment

Table Grape production is highly intensive and requires extremely healthy and fertile soils. In order to protect and maintain the health of our soils we employ traditional natural biological soil improvement methods.

We produce organic composts with no synthesised chemical additives on site and regularly add this to the soil in the vineyard. We also have earthworm breeding sites and by adding the live young earthworms to the vineyard soil, their natural enrichment and earth mixing activities also continuously improves the quality of our soils.
